Once a problem has been identified, I try to get familiar with the problem space through user research, competitive analyses, literature reviews and analytics to gain empathy. I then interpret what I've gathered to help define the true problem and scope. Once I have a strong understanding of the end user needs, I begin ideating. After I have a few concepts, I start testing with users, iterate and refine.

Embracing collaborative stakeholder management style is central to my approach in solving problems. It helps me turn all those inputs into products and features that users love & meet business objectives.
