Once a problem has been identified, I try to get familiar with the problem space through user research, competitive analyses, literature reviews and analytics to gain empathy. I then interpret what I've gathered to help define the true problem and scope. And once I have a strong understanding of the end user needs, I begin ideating. After I have a few concepts, I start testing with users, iterate and refine.
Embracing collaborative & inclusive stakeholder management style is central in my approach to solving problems. It helps me turn all those inputs into products and features that users love & meet business objectives.
